Tello has an exciting opportunity for a Telecom Assistant/Junior Analyst in our Sibiu office. We are looking for a self-motivated professional to join our Telecom team, who will be responsible for providing valuable reports and analysis about our global telecommunications services.
This position is ONLY available at our Sibiu location. Please do not apply if you are not able to relocate to Sibiu.
Here’s what you’ll bring to thе table:
- Completion of a university degree (Economics, Engineering or a related field preferred);
- English fluency;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Comfortable working with large datasets;
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and spot outliers;
- Ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners;
- Clear, assertive, and effective communication skills;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks;
- The ability to coordinate projects and work with people from different locations across the globe;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
If you’re up for the challenge, you will:
- Continuously analyze the telecom platform performance and act according to the company’s standards and procedures;
- Report relevant telecom data on a daily basis;
- Collaborate with the IT department to improve internal tools, automate processes and enhance operational efficiency;
- Work closely with other departments to resolve operational issues, investigate potential fraud and improve customer experience;
- Report technical issues and follow through until resolution;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and operational efficiency;
- Work with external partners to support service quality, resolve operational issues and improve platform performance.
