We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software products by identifying defects and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents;
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios;
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications;
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools;
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes;
- Perform regression testing, functional testing, and UI/UX validation;
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
- Strong understanding of software development cycles and various testing methodologies;
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools;
- Have a good understanding of web technologies: (HTML, JavaScript, front-end/back-end layers, etc.);
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Previous experience with automated-testing or Software Tester/QA courses or certifications is an advantage;
- Familiarity with database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation is a plus.
